Optional Modules

TimeSoft offers numerous optional modules, to suit the requirement of various industries and various sizes of oragnisations. These modules ranges from self-service modules, workflow configuration, leave modules, leave application forms, exception approval..etc

The application is built from the ground-up to support multipe organisational requirements, and customised requirements. The application can be customised to suit specific business needs.

Optional modules can be quoted and proposed to you in addition to the default version of the application.

Employee Self Service

This module provides employee self services such that employees can submit their leave request, exception reasons, view their own reports..etc

Leave Module

This module provides the functionality to add leave information about the employee going on leave, or this can be integrated with an existing leave management/ HRMS system

Integration with external HRMS / ERP applications

The software can be integrated with external HRMS, ERP, or other third party applications. Integration can be achieved as direct database level, or in terms of batch updates.

Email Notification

This module would allow email notifications to be sent to users for conditions such as late coming, early leaving, mispunch, and daily reports by email. The email would be sent to the user and to the HR officer.

SMS Notification

Similar to email notifications the application can be integrated with an SMS gateway to send SMS alerts to users in case of absentism or exceptions such as late coming, early leaving..etc

Workflow Module

This module provides a multi-step workflow to enable users to submit leave request, exception approval request, absentism reason..etc. The information would then be sent for approval through a workflow
